In this drill, all the players line up at one end of the court. On the coach’s, command, all players proceed to run: 1) as far as the nearest foul line and back, 2) to ½ court and back, 3) to the furthest foul line and back, and 4) to the opposite end of the court and back. This drill is sure to help build a player’s conditioning and endurance.

Class will consist of basic basketball drills of Shooting, dribbling, passing, and the concept of team game. If class size doesn’t exceed 6 participants the class will be cancelled. Children will need to wear a mask during class. Children are encouraged to bring their own basketball to use during class.

This three-week clinic is designed to teach and improve the basketball basics of passing, dribbling, shooting, and defense Scrimmaging will not be part of this clinic. Participants are asked NOT to bring their own basketball. All skill ability levels are welcome. The NMU Men’s Basketball team will be helping with this clinic!
